Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Court Box PH, we aim to provide a smooth and fair booking experience for all customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
All bookings for pickleball and tennis hitting studio sessions made through Court Box PH are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may cancel your booking, subject to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Bookings
All confirmed bookings are final and cannot be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before the Scheduled Session
If a booking is canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session, the amount paid may be converted into studio credit for future use instead of a refund.
This studio credit may be applied to a future booking, subject to availability and any applicable booking terms at the time of rebooking.
3. Cancellations Made 48 Hours or Less Before the Scheduled Session
If a booking is canceled 48 hours or less before the scheduled session, the booking will be considered non-refundable and non-convertible to studio credit.
4. No-Show Policy
Customers who do not show up for their scheduled booking without prior cancellation will not be entitled to a refund or studio credit.
5. Studio Credit
Any approved studio credit issued by Court Box PH:
- is non-refundable
- is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Court Box PH
- may only be used for future bookings with Court Box PH
- remains subject to slot availability
6. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us through either of the following email addresses:

Please include your full name, booking details, scheduled session date and time, and reason for cancellation so we can review your request properly.
7. Policy Acceptance
By making a booking with Court Box PH, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
