Play at Your Own Risk
All guests must agree to the waiver prior to entry. Participation is at your own risk.


Follow Staff Instructions
Please comply with all staff directions at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises without refund.


Child Supervision
Children under 12 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.


Proof of Reservation Required
All players must present a valid reservation confirmation before accessing the courts.


Personal Belongings
Please keep your personal items with you. Court Box is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.


Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premises but must wear diapers and are not permitted on court surfaces. Owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets.


Sportsmanship & Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Aggressive, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.


Booking Time Compliance
Please adhere to your reserved schedule. Extensions are subject to availability and corresponding fees.


Stay Duration
Guests may remain on the premises up to one hour before and after their scheduled playtime, but court access is limited strictly to the booked time.


Clean As You Go
Dispose of trash properly and help keep the facility clean. No littering.
📅 Reservations & Cancellations

Booking & Cancellation
We kindly ask that any changes to your booking be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations are non-refundable. However, bookings canceled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session may be converted into studio credit for future use.

Media & Privacy
From time to time, we capture photos and short videos within the studio for marketing and social media.

If you prefer not to be included, simply inform our team before your session and we’ll gladly accommodate your request.
🏓 Court Guidelines

Food & Beverage Policy
Food and drinks are permitted in designated lounge areas only. Kindly refrain from bringing them onto the courts.

Court Care
Help us maintain pristine playing conditions. Heavy, sharp, or unauthorized items are not allowed on court surfaces.

Equipment & Facility Use
Please do not move studio equipment or hang on basketball hoops or nets. Any damages incurred will be charged accordingly.

Proper Attire Required
Appropriate sportswear and non-marking court shoes must be worn at all times while on the courts.
